The hedged message, for every arm whose status has more than one cause: a member action's 404 (a journey deleted or renamed since it was listed 404s identically), and both statuses on a journey create (see CREATE_OTHER_CAUSES_HELP). Nothing in those responses tells the causes apart, so this states the likely one without asserting it, and the help text names the rest. Both messages name the same remedy.
