Function: isEmptyCreativeAssetUpdate()

isEmptyCreativeAssetUpdate(input): boolean

Whether an update would write nothing.

The one definition of "nothing to update". P13nStudioSDK.updateCreativeAsset enforces it for every caller; the update command tests the same predicate before it prompts, so the CLI can answer in terms of flags rather than surfacing the thrown error after the user has already confirmed.
